that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (Any version will work)
Tube of choice

Sparkles of choice
Font of choice. I’m using Portfolio

Filters:
Penta.com – Jeans & Color Dot
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow
Xero - Fritillary

Let’s get started

Open linda and abstract cm collab 4 template
Delete copyright layer
Close off Brush Flowers, WordArt and Shape layers

Select Small Black Circle – select all – float – defloat
New raster layer – flood fill with gradient of choice
Linear – angle 36 – repeats 1
Penta.com – color dot – 150,10,255,255,255
Add gradient glow of choice
I also added noise to the gradient glow
Uniform, 40, monochrome checked
Dropshadow of choice
I used 2,2,40,4

Select Pink circle – select all – float – defloat
New raster layer – flood fill with color of choice
Xero – Fritillary – 7,30,27,22
Add same gradient glow and noise as before
Dropshadow of choice
I used -2,-2,40,4

Select Gradient circle – select all – float – defloat
New raster layer – flood fill with color of choice
Penta.com – Jeans – 9,10
Add same gradient glow and noise as before
Dropshadow of choice
I used 2,-2,40,4

Select Glitter circle
Add same gradient glow and noise as before
Dropshadow of choice
I used -2,-2,40,4
Repeat dropshadow but change to 2,2,40,4

Select Black circle – select all – float – defloat
Open paper LavenderDreams_ScrappingMar (15)
Copy & paste into selection – select none
Penta.com – Jeans – same settings as before

Select Rectangles
Using your magic wand, select top rectangle
Flood fill with color of choice
Xero – Fritillary – same settings as before
Selections – Invert – gradient glow – same settings as before
Add noise – same settings as before
Select none
Repeat for lower rectangle
Dropshadow of choice
I used 2,2,40,4

Open element LavenderDreams_ScrappingMar31
Resize 16% bicubic
Copy & paste – position to left over rectangles
Dropshadow of choice
I used 1,1,40,4

Open element LavenderDreams_ScrappingMar1
Resize 12% bicubic
Copy & paste – position to left over rectangles
Dropshadow of choice
I used 1,1,40,4

Open elements 7, 9, 10
Resize each one 8% bicubic
Copy & paste to the lower right of the large circle

Dropshadow all 3
I used 1,1,40,4

Open tube of choice and copy & paste
Position and erase parts hanging over circle
See my tag for reference
Dropshadow 2,2,40,4

Add sparkles of choice
Add copyright info
Add name
I added noise, medium gradient glow
and dropshadow to mine
Merge all visible
Save as .png
