This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (Any version will work)
Tube of choice

Sparkles of choice

Filters:
Xero - fritillary

Lets get started

Open a new canvas - 700x700
We can crop & resize later

Open Frame02 & copy/paste
Using your magic wand, click inside frame
selections - modify - expand - 5
Open Paper14, copy/paste
selections - invert - delete - select none
Apply Xero - Fritillary
8 - 30 - 52 - 20
Dropshadow frame

Open Butterfly02 & copy/paste
Free rotate left 20
Resize & sharpen
Move to lower right of frame
Apply dropshadow of choice

Open tube of choice & copy/paste
Position to left - see my tag for reference
Duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3
Change blend mode to soft light
Dropshadow original tube layer
Add sparkles if desired

Select Alpha of choice
Resize to liking - sharpen
Use freehand selection tool to select letters
Copy/paste and position to left of tube

Add proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Save as .png
