This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (Any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Elias Chatzoudis

Font of choice. I’m using FleurDeLeah
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
VanDerLee - Unplugged-X - Interlace
Let’s get started
Open Missy_tagtemplate394
Close off the following layers:
Raster2 - Raster24 - Raster15
Copy of Raster15
Select Raster18
selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper13 - copy/paste as new layer
selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Close off Raster18 layer
Repeat for Copy of Raster18 layer
Select Raster19
selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper8 - copy/paste as new layer
selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Close off Raster19 layer
Select Raster20
selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper9 - copy/paste as new layer
selections - invert - delete - select none
Close off Raster20 layer
Select Raster14
selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper7 - copy/paste as new layer
selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Close off Raster14 layer
Repeat for Copy of Raster14 layer
Select Raster8
selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper6 - copy/paste as new layer
selections - invert - delete - keep selected
Open tube of choice
Mirror tube & copy/paste
Move to left - delete - select none
Duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3
Change blend mode to overlay
Apply VanDerLee - Unplugged-X - Interlace - default settings
Add gradient glow of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Close off Raster8 layer
Open leafscatter & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open light & copy/paste
Resize 80% twice
Move to right side of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open bead1 & copy/paste
Move to upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open bead2 & copy/paste
Move just below bead1
Add dropshadow of choice
Open deco1 & copy/paste
Move to lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open deco3 & copy/paste
Move to upper left of rectangle
Add dropshadow of choice
Open tube of choice again & copy/paste
Duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3
Change blend mode to soft light
Dropshadow original tube layer
Add sparkles of choice
Add name and proper copyright info
Merge all visible
Save as .png
