PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Xero - Radiance
Let's get started
Open a new image 700 x 700
Open frame4 & copy/paste
Using your magic wand - select inside frame
Open paper11 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open beadscatter & copy/paste
Position to left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open glitterscatter & copy/paste
Open frame1 & copy/paste
Using your magic wand - select inside frame
Open paper9 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice to frame
Open frame3 & copy/paste
Rotate 20 left
Add dropshadow of choice
Open skull & copy/paste
Position upper right
Add dropshadow of choice
Open glittered leaves & copy/paste
Position left
Add dropshadow of choice
Open bead branch & copy/paste
Position left
Add dropshadow of choice
Open beads & copy/paste
Position bottom
Add dropshadow of choice
Open flower3 & copy/paste
Position lower right
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Apply Xero - Radiance
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
