This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Dark Yarrow

Font of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
Open a new image 700 x 700
Open frame4 & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Using your magic wand - select inside frame
Open paper07 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Open ribbon & copy/paste
Position top right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open fantasyhouse & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open flowers & copy/paste
Position right
Add dropshadow of choice
Open wordart & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
