Mask of choice

Filters:

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Let's get started

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open frame 3 shadow & copy/paste

Using your magic wand - select inside frame

Open paper gradient & copy/paste

Selections - invert - delete

Open closeup of tube & copy/paste

Position - delete - select none

Add effects of choice to tube

Add dropshadow of choice to tube & frame

Open bunches of leaves shadow & copy/paste

Resize 50% - position right of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Open ribbon trim & copy/paste

Resize 90% - position top of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Open flower 2 & copy/paste

Resize 50% - position upper left of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice

Add mask of choice

Add name & proper copyright info

Crop & resize tag if needed

Merge visible & save as .png
