Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open rainbow sparkle & copy/paste
Open musical notes2 & copy/paste
Open skyline & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open negative frame & copy/paste
Rotate 20 left
Using your magic wand - select inside frames
Open paper1 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete
Open closeup of tube & copy/paste
Position in end frames - delete - select none
Add effects of choice to tubes
Add dropshadow of choice to tubes & frame
Open music cross & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open cup & copy/paste
Resize 50% - position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open cupcake1 & copy/paste
Resize 40% - position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open earing2 & copy/paste
Position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open shoe & copy/paste
Resize 70% - position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open sparkle4 & copy/paste
Add mask of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
