Font of choice

Filters:

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Let's get started

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open sand & copy/paste

Resize 90% - position bottom of tag

Open frame9 & copy/paste

Position top of tag

Using your magic wand - select inside circle

Open paper20 & copy/paste

Selections - invert - delete

Open wave & copy/paste

Delete - select none

Add dropshadow of choice to frame

Open anchor2 & copy/paste

Position upper right of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Open shell6 & copy/paste

Resize 50% - position upper left of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice

Open shells & copy/paste

Resize - position lower left on sand

Add dropshadow of choice

Open pier & copy/paste

Position left of tag

Add dropshadow of choice

Add name & proper copyright info

Crop & resize tag if needed

Merge visible & save as .png
