that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Font of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
Open a new image 650 x 200
Open paper6 & copy/paste
Open fence & copy/paste
Position to right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open deadvine & copy/paste
Position to left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open gemspider & copy/paste
Resize 50% - position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open cemeterysign & copy/paste
Resize 50% - position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open clouds & copy/paste
Position as desired
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add border of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
For the Avatar:
Using your selection tool, select an area that is 150x150
Image - Copy Merged - Paste as new image
Add border of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Merge visible & save as .png
