PSP X2 (any version will work)

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open web & copy/paste
Resize 90%
Open wordart & copy/paste
Resize 90%
Open frame2 & copy/paste
Resize 90%
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper7 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open frame 3 & copy/paste
Resize 90%
Select inside frames with magic wand
Open paper21 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete
Open closeup of tube & copy/paste
Position in far left frame - delete - select none
Duplicate - mirror - add effects of choice
Open flame & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position in middle frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open doodle2 & copy/paste
Resize 80% - position top of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open cauldron & copy/paste
Resize 20% - position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open books & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
