Let's get started
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open frame3 & copy/paste
Resize - select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper of choice & copy/paste into selection
Select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element7 & copy/paste
Resize - add dropshadow of choice
Move below frame - above paper
Open element9 & copy/paste
Resize - position right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element46 & copy/paste
Resize - position left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element42 & copy/paste
Resize - position lower right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element29 & copy/paste
Resize - position lower right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element27 & copy/paste
Resize - position upper right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element40 & copy/paste
Resize - position lower right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element37 & copy/paste
Resize - position lower right of frame
