that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Mask of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open el23 and copy/paste
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open el15 & copy/paste
Move below frame in layers palette
Position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Duplicate two times
Flip the first one and move the second one right center
Opeb el13 and copy/paste
Position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Duplicate - mirror - flip
Open el26 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open el17 and copy/paste
Move layer above frame in layer palette
Position left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open el10 and copy/paste
Position upper left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles of choice
Add mask of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
