*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open e33 and copy/paste
Open e49 and copy/paste
Open e6 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open e73 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Open e78 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open e77 and copy/paste
Position top of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open e59 and copy/paste
Position upper left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open e42 and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open e57 and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open e9 and copy/paste
Position upper right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open e56 and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles of choice
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
