Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Mask of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open frame2 and copy/paste
Open frame3 and copy/paste
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Open sparkle scatter and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete on both layers
Selections - select none
Add dropshadow to both frame
Open filmstrip and copy/paste
Free rotate and select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open ticket and copy/paste
Position lower left
Duplicate - rotate - position
Add dropshadow to both
Open ribbon and copy/paste
Add black gradient glow
Add dropshadow of choice
Open slippers and copy/paste
Position upper right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles of choice
Add mask of choice
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
