This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Danny Lee

Font of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 200
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Open element65 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Change opacity to 50%
Change blend mode to soft light
Open element56 and copy/paste
Change opacity to 65%
Change blend mode to luminance
Open element59 and copy/paste
Position slightly off center (see my tag for reference)
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element64 and copy/paste
Position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element46 and copy/paste
Position bottom left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Position right of tag
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element26 and copy/paste
Position slightly off center
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open closeup of tube and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add effects of choice to tube
Add dropshadow of choice to both
Open element34 and copy/paste
Position upper right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element32 and copy/paste
Add border of choice
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
FOR THE AVATAR
Open a new image 150x150
Go to forum set
Use your selection tool to select an area of the tag that is 150x150
Copy merged & paste to new image
Add borders, name, and copyright
Merge visible and save as .png
