Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open elem19 and copy/paste
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Open elem43 and copy/paste
Position top of paper
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem24 and copy/paste
Position bottom of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem49 and copy/paste
Position upper right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem42 and copy/paste
Position left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem53 and copy/paste
Position right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem32 and copy/paste
Position left of tag
Open elem20 and copy/paste
Position bottom left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem41 and copy/paste
Position bottom left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem30 and copy/paste
Position upper left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
