Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open elem50 and copy/paste
Select inside with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice to frame
Open elem55 and copy/paste
Position inside frame
Open elem47 and copy/paste
Position inside frame
Open elem9 and copy/paste
Position inside frame
Duplicate - mirror - position
Open elem14 and copy/paste
Move layer to bottom
Position upper right of frame
Open elem13 and copy/paste
Position upper right of frame
Select elem50
Open elem52 and copy/paste
Position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem41 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Open elem30 and copy/paste
Position center of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem31 and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem84 and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem5 and copy/paste
Position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elem59 and copy/paste
Position left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Duplicate - position
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles of choice
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
