that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Font of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open frame8 and copy/paste
Open leaf and copy/paste
Position upper right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open frame3 and copy/paste
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Open wordart4 and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete on both - select none
Add dropshadow of choice to frame
Open bracket and copy/paste
Position lower left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Duplicate - mirror - flip
Open butterfly and copy/paste
Position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open candles and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open pendant2 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open hearts2 and copy/paste
Position upper left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open pebble and copy/paste
Position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open hearts2 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
