Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open element56 and copy/paste
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste into selection
Select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element31 and copy/paste
Position left of tag below frame layer
Duplicate - mirror
Open element14 and copy/paste
Free rotate left
Position as desired
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element132 and copy/paste
Position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element108 and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element94 and copy/paste
Open element3 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element106 and copy/paste
Position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element59 and copy/paste
Position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice

Crop and resize tag if needed
