Filters:

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Let's get started

*Resize all elements to your liking*

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open swirls and copy/paste

Add dropshadow of choice

Open candy2 and copy/paste

Position upper right of tag

Add dropshadow of choice

Open splatter and copy/paste

Open frame3 and copy/paste

Add dropshadow of choice

Open sign and copy/paste

Position left of tag

Add dropshadow of choice

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice

Open snowflake dust and copy/paste

Add name and proper copyright info

Crop and resize tag if needed

Merge visible and save as .png
