*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open elems34 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Open elems107 and copy/paste
Open elems27 and copy/paste
Position inside frame
Open elems155 and copy/paste
Position inside frame
Add dropshadow of choice to frame
Open elems192 and copy/paste
Position over frame
Open elems58 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elems68 and copy/paste
Position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open elems54 and copy/paste
Position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice

Position bottom of tag

Add name and proper copyright info
