PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Font of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open element16 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Open element29 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element25 and copy/paste
Position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element52 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open spray7 and copy/paste
Open element86 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element40 and copy/paste
Position top of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element37 and copy/paste
Position top of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open frame8 and copy/paste
Select inside frames with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Open closeup of tube(s) and copy/paste
Position as desired
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice to frame
Open element87 and copy/paste
Position bottom of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open frame6 and copy/paste
Open element55 and copy/paste
Position top of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open spray4 and copy/paste
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
