Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open el80 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Open el50 and copy/paste
Open el55 and copy/paste
Open frame4 and copy/paste
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open closeup of tube and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Open frame1 and copy/paste
Open el15 and copy/paste
Position upper right of frame
Open el22 and copy/paste
Position upper right of frame
Open el5 and copy/paste
Position upper right of tag
Open el9 and copy/paste
Position top of frames
Open el37 and copy/paste
Position upper right of frame
Open el64 and copy/paste
Position lower left of tag
Open el24 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Open el18 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
