PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open ff24 and copy/paste
Open ff33 and copy/paste
Open ff29 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Open ff11 and copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Open ff41 and copy/paste
Position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open ff39 and copy/paste
Position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open ff21 and copy/paste
Position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open ff36 and copy/paste
Position left of tag
Open ff46 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open ff45 and copy/paste
Position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Duplicate - mirror - position as desired
Open ff12 and copy/paste
Position bottom left of tag
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open ff35 and copy/paste
Add name and proper copyright info
Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
