Open a new image 700 x 700
Open element16 and copy/paste
Position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element50 and copy/paste
Open element82 and copy/paste
Open element9 and copy/paste
Position upper right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element10 and copy/paste
Position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element11 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element81 and copy/paste
Position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open frame7 and copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Select inside frame with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element80 and copy/paste

Select inside frame with magic wand

Erase part of frame that overlaps frame7

Crop and resize tag if needed
Merge visible and save as .png
