Open a new image 700 x 700
Open element60 and copy/paste
Position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element6 and copy/paste
Position upper left of tag
Open element69 and copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice

Position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
