This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (Any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Al Rio

Font of choice. I’m using Burton's Nightmare
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let’s get started
Open Deb's template - delete copyright & wordart layers
Open glitterbground1 & copy/paste
Resize & move to bottom
Select Raster 5
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper11 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow
Delete original circle
Select Raster 3
Add gradient glow & dropshadow
Delete original circle
Repeat for Copy of Raster 3
Select Raster4
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper1 - copy/paste into selection - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Copy (2) of Raster 2
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper20 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Select Copy (2) of Vector 1
Make sure visibility is on
Add noise, gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Raster 2
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper 6 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Select Copy (2) of Vector 1
Add noise, gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Copy of Raster 2
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper 4 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Select Copy of Vector 1
Add noise, gradient glow & dropshadow
Open lacedheart & copy/paste
Resize & position in upper left
Open whip2 & copy/paste
Resize & position to left
Open wordart & copy/paste
Recolor and position in bottom left
Open devil & copy/paste
Resize & position in lower right
Open piercing & copy/paste
Position in upper right
Erase part so it appears to be going around the frame
Open tube of choice & copy/paste
Duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3
Change blend mode to overlay
Dropshadow original tube layer
Add name and proper copyright info
Merge all visible
Save as .png
