This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (Any version will work)
Tube of choice

Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow & HSB Noise
Vanderlee Unplugged-X - Interlace
Tramages - Metal Peacocks
Penta.com - Color Dot & Jeans
Xero - Fritillary
Let’s get started
Open Annu's template - delete copyright, raster 13 & ghost layers
Open glitterbground1 & copy/paste
Resize & move to bottom
Select Raster 6
Add noise
Add medium black gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Raster 9
Selections - select all - float - defloat
New raster layer - fill with color to match tube
Select none
Tramages - Metal Peacocks - default settings
Penta.com - Jeans - 28 - 39
Delete original layer
Select Copy of Raster 8
Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise - Default settings
Add medium black gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Raster 8
Xero - Fritillary - 5, 30, 100, 29
Add medium black gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Raster 10
Selections - select all - float - defloat
New raster layer - flood fill with color to match tube
Paste close up of tube - selections - invert - delete
Select none
Duplicate tube - blur - gaussian blur - 3
Change blend mode to screen at 46% visibility
Change original layer to luminance with same visibility
Vanderlee Unplugged-X - Interlace - default setting
Select frame1
Add noise
Add medium black gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Raster 12
Selections - select all - float - defloat
New raster layer - flood fill with color to match tube
Paste close up of tube - selections - invert - delete
Select none
Duplicate tube - blur - gaussian blur - 3
Change blend mode to screen
Change original layer to luminance
Vanderlee Unplugged-X - Interlace - default setting
Select frame2
Add noise
Add medium black gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Raster 2
Selections - select all - float - defloat
New raster layer - flood fill with color to match tube
Select none

Select Raster 3
Add noise
Add medium black gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Raster 5
Add medium black gradient glow & dropshadow
Select Raster 7
Apply Eye Candy 4000 - HSB Noise - Default setting
Add medium gradient glow & dropshadow
Open tube of choice & copy/paste
Duplicate - adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 3
Change blend mode to softlight
Dropshadow original tube layer
Add name and proper copyright info
Merge all visible
Save as .png
