that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (Any version will work)
Tubes of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Pinuptoons

Scrap kit by Vix called Sweet Winter
available for purchase at SATC. Thanks Vix!
Font of choice. I’m using Christmas on Crack

Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 – Gradient Glow

Lets get started

Open a new image - 600x600
We can crop and resize later

Open Vix-SW-E3 & copy/paste
Using your magic wand, select inside frame
Selections – modify – expand by 3
Open Vix-SW-P1 & copy/paste as new layer
Selections – invert – delete – select none
Move this layer below the frame layer
Add dropshadow of choice to frame

Open Vix-SW-E37 & resize
Copy/paste & position to bottom right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice

Open Vix-SW-E57 & copy/paste
Free rotate left 90
Position to top left of frame
Delete parts overlapping the frame

Open Vix-SW-E53 & copy/paste
Free rotate left 90
Move to bottom and position to right of frame

Open tube of choice & copy/paste
Add effects of choice & dropshadow

Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Save as .png
