that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Font of choice. I'm using Buffet Script

Open swirl & copy/paste
Move to bottom
Select layer 13 - selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper11 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Open scattered hearts 02 & copy/paste
Select layer 12 - selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper01 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
