Edit Post
This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Andrea Ale
To purchase a license to use this artwork, please visit SATC
White TriFrame by Urban Fairytales. Get it here
Mask 42 by Urban Fairytales. Get it here
Font of choice. I'm using 1 Snappy DNA
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
Open the frame - delete raster2 & raster 4
Select raster1 - selections - select all - float - defloat
Copy/paste paper of choice - selections - invert - delete
Copy/paste close up of tube - position to left - delete
Select none
Duplicate tube - adjust blur - gaussian blur - 3
Change blend mode on original & duplicate to something
that fits your tube. I used screen on both layers
Select merged layer
Using your manual color correction tool,
select a light color from your tube & click ok
Apply dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste paper as new layer & move to bottom
Layers - load mask from disk - open mask42
Source luminance - fit to layer - hide all mask
Invert transparency unchecked
Add noise - random - monochrome checked - 31
Add elements of choice
I added a ribbon & flower
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Duplicate - adjust blur - gaussian blur - 3
Change blend mode to screen - 71% opacity
Add gradient glow & dropshadow to original tube
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
