Open template & shift+D to duplicate
Close the original
Close off the following layers:
Credits, star line, wordart, wordart back, dotted lines & background
Select black rectangle
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Select rectangle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper 3 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add noise to top circle 3 & bottom circle 3
Select circle 5
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Select top circle 2
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper 5 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Select top circle
Selections - select all - float - defloat

Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
