Filters:

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Let's get started

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open heart swirls & copy/paste

Add dropshadow of choice

Open d-frame & copy/paste

Using your magic wand - select inside left frame

Open paper3 & copy/paste

Selections - invert - delete - select none

Repeat for right frame using paper10

Open heart string & copy/paste

Resize - position middle of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Open white dove & copy/paste

Resize - position lower right of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Open image10 & copy/paste

Resize - position upper left of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Open flower 4 & copy/paste

Resize - mirror & position top right of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Duplicate - flip & mirror

Position lower left of frame

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice

Add name & proper copyright info

Crop & resize tag if needed

Merge visible & save as .png
