Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Tramages - Tow the line, Metal Peacocks, Mo' Jellyfish, Gradient/Spokes Ratio Maker
Xero - Fritillary
Penta.com - Color Dot, Dot & Cross, Jeans
VM Extravaganza - Transmission
Let's get started
Open a Aqua's template & shift+D to duplicate
Close the original
Delete raster 8
Select raster 7
Apply Tramages - Tow the line - default settings
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for Copy of raster 7
Select raster 5
Colorize to match tube
Apply Xero - fritillary with these settings
13 - 30 - 100 - 26
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for Copy of raster 5
Select raster 4
Apply Tramages - Metal Peacocks - default settings
Apply Penta.com - Color Dot - default settings
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for Copy of raster 4
Select raster 1
Colorize to black
Apply VM Extravaganza - Transmission - default settings
Apply Penta.com - Jeans - default settings
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for Copy of raster 1
Select raster 2
Apply Tramages - Mo' Jellyfish - default settings
Apply Penta.com - Dot & Cross - default settings
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Select raster 3
Colorize to match tube
Apply Tramages - Gradient/Spokes Ratio Maker - default settings
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Open city & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open flower 1 & copy/paste
Resize - position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open star border & copy/paste
Resize - flip & mirror - position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open wordart & copy/paste
Resize
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles
Add dropshadow to raster 12
Add dropshadow to raster 11
Open stars from supplies & copy/paste
Position upper right of tag
Duplicate - mirror - flip
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add a new raster layer
Flood fill with colors to match tube
Add mask & merge group
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
