This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used the beautiful artwork of Martin Abel

Font of choice
Mask of choice - I used Linda's sparkle mask
available at Creative Misfits Creations
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open frame3 & copy/paste
Using your magic wand - select inside frame
Open paper9 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open frame & copy/paste
Using your magic wand - select inside frame
Open paper1 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open filmstrip & copy/paste
Rotate 45 degrees right
Using your magic wand - select inside frames
Open paper5 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice
Open flower1 & copy/paste
Resize - position lower left of filmstrip
Add dropshadow of choice
Open heart2 & copy/paste
Resize - position upper left of frame
Open lips2 & copy/paste
Resize - position lower left of frame
Open wordart & copy/paste
Resize - position bottom of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open lightstreak2 & copy/paste
Erase parts that are over your tube to make
it look like it's wrapping around your tube
Open paper of choice & copy/paste
Apply Linda's mask & merge group
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
