Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Let's get started

Open a new image 650 x 650
Open halftone1 & copy/paste
Resize 95%

Open frame 3 & copy/paste
Resize 80%
Using your magic wand - select inside frame
Open paper 10 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add dropshadow of choice

Open rose & copy/paste
Resize 50% - position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice

Open city scene & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice

Open heart 5 & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position top right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice

Open lights & copy/paste

Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice

Open ribbon 1 & copy/paste
Position bottom of frame
Add dropshadow of choice

Open cocktail 1 & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice

Open bottle 2 & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice

Open cupcake 1 & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice

Open flower 1 & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice

Open cuffs 2 & copy/paste
Resize 40% - position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice

Open wordart & copy/paste
Resize 50% - position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice

Add sparkles

Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
