Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper 5 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Select rectangle1

Open paper 7 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice

Resize 15% - position bottom left of tag

Resize 15% - position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element 23 & copy/paste
Resize 20% - position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles of choice
Add mask of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
