Let's get started
Open template & duplicate
Close original & delete credits
Open a paper of choice & copy/paste
Apply mask & merge group
Open star trail & copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Duplicate - mirror - flip
Select top grey square
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper3 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for bottom grey square
Select top pink square
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper7 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for bottom pink square
Select top blue square
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper1 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for bottom blue square
Select black thin rectangle
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Select stars
Colorize
Select circle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper12 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Select round rectangle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper9 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for bottom grey square
Open banner & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open pearl string & copy/paste
Resize - position right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open flower1 & copy/paste
Resize - position top right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Duplicate - mirror - flip
Open heart1 & copy/paste
Resize - position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open cupcake2 & copy/paste
Resize - position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open sparkles of choice & copy/paste
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
