Open template & duplicate - close original
Delete copyright layer
Open element1 & copy/paste
Move to bottom - position left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Select lt blue squares
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper16 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Select blue dotted frames
Change color using manual color correction
Select blue circle2
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper13 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for other blue circle2
Select lt blue circle2
Selections - select all - float - defloat
