Let's get started
Open template & duplicate - close original
Delete copyright layer
Open splatter & copy/paste
Move to bottom
Position upper right of tag
Select top rectangle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper19 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for bottom rectangle
Select top square
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper18 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for bottom square
Select black top rectangle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper11 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for black bottom rectangle
Select circle
Selections - select all - float - defloat

Selections - invert - delete - select none

Resize 20% - position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open branches & copy/paste
Resize 90% - position center of tag

Open candy2 & copy/paste
Resize 40% - position upper left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open bird & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position upper center of tag

Resize 80% - position right of tag

Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice

Open swirl & copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open jinglebell & copy/paste
Resize 40% - position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
