that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Let's get started
Open a template & duplicate
Close original
Delete copyright layer
Select top circle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper5 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for bottom circle
Select top square
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper3 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for bottom square
Select top rectangle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper8 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Repeat for bottom rectangle
Select round rectangle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper9 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Select circle
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper7 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Open candelabria & copy/paste
Position left of tag underneath round rectangle
Add dropshadow of choice
Open owl & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position upper right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open cat n mouse & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open cupcake1 & copy/paste
Resize 30% - position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open beware & copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
