Font of choice

Filters:

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Let's get started

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open halftone1 & copy/paste

Open frame2 & copy/paste

Resize 90%

Select inside frame with magic wand

Open city & copy/paste

Position - selections - invert - delete - select none

Add dropshadow of choice

Open rose1 & copy/paste

Resize 50% - position left of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Open rose3 & copy/paste

Resize 50% - position left of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice

Open ribbon2 & copy/paste

Position bottom of tag

Erase parts of tube below ribbon

Erase parts of ribbon over frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Add sparkles of choice

Add name & proper copyright info

Crop & resize tag if needed

Merge visible & save as .png
