This tutorial is written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Font of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open el34 & copy/paste
Select inside frame using magic wand
Open pp1 & copy/paste
Open pp6 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Change the blend mode of pp6 to dodge
Add dropshadow of choice to frame
Open el25 & copy/paste
Position top of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open el33 & copy/paste
Resize 80%
Add dropshadow of choice
Open el31 & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open el10 & copy/paste
Open el23 & copy/paste
Position bottom of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
