Open template & delete copyright layer
Select Merged layer (small circles)
Add noise, gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
Select copy of raster5
Selections - select all - float - defloat
Open paper1 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Add gradient glow & dropshadow of choice
