Tube of choice

Font of choice

Filters:

Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow

Let's get started

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open elems22 & copy/paste

Resize 60%

Select inside both frames with magic wand

Open papers9 & copy/paste

Selections - invert - delete - select none

Add dropshadow to frame

Select papers9 layer

Open elems13 & copy/paste

Add dropshadow of choice

Open elems8 & copy/paste

Open elems26 & copy/paste

Resize 50% - position left of frame

Add dropshadow of choice

Duplicate - mirror - flip - position

Open elems10 & copy/paste

Position left of tag on top of frame

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice

Open elems6 & copy/paste

Resize 80% - position bottom of tag

Add name & proper copyright info

Crop & resize tag if needed

Merge visible & save as .png
