Let's get started
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open element36 & copy/paste
Position bottom of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element88 & copy/paste
Position above element36
Open element32 & copy/paste
Resize 50% - position middle of element36
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element44 & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element66 & copy/paste
Position upper right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element33 & copy/paste
Resize 60% - position left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element91 & copy/paste
Resize 50% - position upper right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element97 & copy/paste
Resize 40% - position on tube as desired
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles of choice
Add mask of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
