that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies needed:
PSP X2 (any version will work)
Tube of choice

Mask of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open sparkles1 & copy/paste
Open frame2 & copy/paste
Resize 80% - select inside frame
Open paper17 & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete
Open closeup of tube & copy/paste
Position - delete - select none
Add effects of choice to tube
Add dropshadow of choice to frame
Open ribbon & copy/paste
Resize 80% - position upper left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open bush&grass & copy/paste
Resize 85% - position bottom of tag
Open tree stumps & copy/paste
Resize 40% - position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open pony & copy/paste
Resize 40% - position lower left of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open sun & copy/paste
Resize 40% - position upper left of tag
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add sparkles of choice
Add mask of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
