Open a new image 650 x 650
Open element74 & copy/paste
Move to bottom of tag
Open element 117 & copy/paste
Select inside with magic wand
Open paper of choice & copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete
Open closeup of tube & copy/paste
Delete - select none
Add effects of choice to tube
Add dropshadow of choice to frame
Open element 43 & copy/paste
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element 11 & copy/paste
Position top of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
Open element61 & copy/paste
Position lower right of tag
Add dropshadow of choice
