Let's get started

*Resize all elements to your liking*

Open a new image 650 x 650

Open cluster frame & copy/paste

Open paper of choice & copy/paste

Position below frame - apply mask of choice

Add dropshadow of choice to frame

Open water & copy/paste

Position above mask but below frame

Open sandanddrinks & copy/paste

Position lower right of tag

Add dropshadow of choice

Open wordart & copy/paste

Position lower right of tag

Add dropshadow of choice

Copy/paste tube as new layer

Add effects of choice

Add dropshadow of choice

Add sparkles of choice

Add name & proper copyright info

Crop & resize tag if needed

Merge visible & save as .png
