PSP X2 (any version will work)

Mask of choice
Filters:
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Let's get started
*Resize all elements to your liking*
Open a new image 650 x 650
Open frame04 and copy/paste
Rotate - select inside with magic wand
Open paper of choice and copy/paste
Selections - invert - delete - select none
Open diamond and copy/paste
Position upper left of frame
Duplicate - mirror - flip
Add dropshadow of choice to both
Open charm and copy/paste
Position upper right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open glass02 and copy/paste
Position lower left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open polish and copy/paste
Positon lower left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open pearl box and copy/paste
Position lower left of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Open dog and copy/paste
Position lower right of frame
Add dropshadow of choice
Copy/paste tube as new layer
Add effects of choice
Add dropshadow of choice
Add mask of choice
Add sparkles of choice
Add name & proper copyright info
Crop & resize tag if needed
Merge visible & save as .png
